Hops and History Crowd

Last week the San Francisco Brewers Guild had the pleasure of co-hosting a very unique event called Hops & History. It was an evening filled with beer tasting, brewing artifacts, history presentations, a panel discussion and more. The event took place inside San Francisco’s Old Mint building, which was built in 1874 and is currently run by the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society.

Over 550 people attended this special event and the proceeds will help establish a San Francisco historical museum at the Old Mint. Some of the evening’s highlights included:

Hops and History Panel Discussion

A panel discussion featuring San Francisco brewery owners, that included Dave McLean of Magnolia Gastropub & Brewery, Shaun O’Sullivan of 21st Amendment, Keith Greggor of Anchor Brewing, and moderator Jay Brooks. Don’t miss their fantastic discussion below.
