Years ago when Caitlin Landesberg discovered she was gluten intolerant, she started her quest to find the best gluten-free beer in the world. After turning up short, she started brewing it herself. After teaming up with an all-star brewmaster to perfect her recipes, Caitlin started to share her beer with friends and fellow trail runners, including former Strava colleague and fellow runner, Alyssa Berman-Waugh. In late 2015, Caitlin decided to pursue Sufferfest Beer Company full-time. She asked Alyssa to join her to help bring her dream to life and shortly thereafter, Alyssa joined as the company’s first Founding Team member.
