Don’t look now but there’s a new route in town! We’re excited to introduce the “Crosstown Line” to our FREE monthly Drink SF Beer shuttle  line-up, when shuttles will be stopping at breweries between Market Street and Fisherman’s Wharf.

Which breweries may that be, you ask? Well, first, a couple of SF favorites are on the route — Woods Polk Station and Bartlett Hall. In case you’re not familiar with either of these breweries, you’ve been missing out. Woods has earned its reputation of producing exciting and eclectic brews using inventive ingredients. It’s Yerba Mate IPA put the brewery on the map.

Bartlett Hall, meantime, has steadily sharpened it brewing chops, culminating in Best of Show recognition at the Los Angeles International Beer Competition last year, when  a range of styles landed coveted medals for the the emerging brewery. [Read: Bartlett’s Brews…]

Beyond these two gems, this month’s shuttle route will be delivering even more brews and surprises, as long-time contract brewer and guild member San Francisco Brewing Company will be offering a sneak peak of its soon-to-open location in world-famous Ghirardelli Square.

Opening a brewery or a restaurant by itself is no small feat. Doing both is doubly challenging. It takes years to get there, and when that first batch is brewed and those doors finally open, it’s a dream come true for the brewer, in this case owner Josh Leavy.

For this special Meet the Brewers night, Josh invites you to share his dream and enjoy a sneak peak of his SF Brewing Co. Restaurant & Brewery before doors officially open in May.

To make the evening extra special, Josh will also be hosting a SF Brewers Guild Tap Takeover — so you’ll not only be able to sample SF Brewing beer, but beer from fellow guild members who like Josh (until now!) have not been on a #DrinkSFBeer route:  Fort Point Beer Co., Headlands Brewing Co., HolyCraft Brewery, Pine Street Brewery and Sufferfest Beer Co.

The #DrinkSFBeer shuttles will be looping nonstop between these three locations from 6:30-10:30pm, so you’ll have all night to hop on, hop off and check out these great breweries. Get more details and the full 2018 schedule here:

NOTE:  Due to a convention being in town on this day, we cannot guarantee riders will be able to get into Bartlett Hall during peak hours.
