Every few months, Social Kitchen & Brewery throws down an amazing five-course beer pairing dinner, put together by Executive Chef Andrew Greene and award-winning Brewmaster Kim Sturdavant. They are secretive about the details — including when tickets go on sale (they go so fast!). The best way to get a jump is to sign up for the Social club newsletter at the website, but if you’re lucky, tickets may still be available for this Sept. 28 dinner.

Either way, why not feast with your eyes?

First Course
Stone fruit salad, chicories, crispy chicken skin, candied fresno chili, creamy tarragon dressing
Paired with SKB Pils – German style pils w/ mittelfruh hops

Second Course
Hamachi “pastrami”, lotus chips, burrata, chive foam
Paired with name TBA – Belgian style wheat fermented w/ a blend of brettanomyces

Third Course
Poached ocean trout, crispy skin cracker, cherry tomato jam, purple cauliflower
Paired with Lunar Flip Double IPA – double ipa w/ amarillo and galaxy hops

Fourth Course
Wild boar, creamy polenta, chanterelle mushrooms, english peas, pecorino
Paired with name TBA – amber ale w/ oats

Fifth Course
Apple-pumpkin tart, white chocolate and bacon genache, whipped ricotta, thyme sugar
Paired with Tasty Treat – brown ale w/ gingersnap spices
